I used this on a day where it was almost 100 degrees outside and very humid. I only used the ice part at first at it did only a little bit of good as I was still extremely hot. When I wet the vest and used it with the ice, it was a lot better. The only bad part was that the ice melted rather quickly for what this vest costs. Even so, it is a good thing to have if you're working out in the yard for only an hour or two.
