I was looking for an inexpensive soft rugs for kids room and got so much more than I expected from this rug. I bought a similar rug from another manufacturer at the same price, but did so because they had a different color I needed. This one was softer, hasn't shed, and of better quality. Already had a liquid spill on this rug and it was so easy to clean. Used some baby wipes and mild soap to clean the pile side. Surprisingly, it did not soak through the bottom even though the spill went unnoticed for hours. No smell, no stain. I am very happy with this purchase.I got this rug for my bedroom. My 14 yo dog no longer jumps on the bed and likes to sleep next to the bed. The rug is really soft but it is not as thick as I thought it would be. The purple color is really pretty and bright.
