The thread fit perfectly for what I needed.Worked great to replace dremal tool sanding drum flat head screws with Allen wrench screws. I had to clean out threads with 2.5 mm tap purchased here on amazon also. I used 6 mm screws for the sanding drums and 12 mm screws for the cutoff wheels. I used the 10 piece micro tap for clocks and watches found here to clean threads.I ordered a 10 pack of the 2mm hex wrenchs from eBay.How can you go wrong with these screws? They are 12.9 screw that are very strong, the measurements is as described. For sure they are NOT the cheap screws that is made out of soft alloy steel that strips very easy. These screws are from "Brighton Best." I have purchased a lot of different kind of screw from them and they are all excellent quality.I bought this item to replace some stripped heads on my DW734 planer. They were exactly the ones I needed. Now just if dewalt could make a harder tool. It was still rounding over the edges. Guess I need to go to Harbor freight and get some good allen wrenches.What can you really say? It's a screw. It's the right size. None of them have broken. This was the best value. Arrived shortly after ordering. Some of these bolts were lost by our movers. This was a very good replacement.
